1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume, you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking ID and courier partner link

You can track your order status anytime using the tracking details provided.

5. Incorrect Address Issues

NutraXcel is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Wrong contact number

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged Packages / Order Not Received

If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery

  • Provide images or videos as proof (in case of damage)

We will assist you with replacement or reshipment after verification.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
