Return and Refund Policy

At NutraXcel Healthcare Private Limited, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If you face any issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or video).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased on sale or during special offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

Supplements & wellness products cannot be returned once opened.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at support@nutra-xcel.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video if damage/defect is claimed (recommended)

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address.

4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit (if applicable)

We will dispatch the replacement once the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product not delivered

  • Duplicate payment

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Return approved after inspection (only for eligible cases)

Refund Timeline:
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share images, videos, and the unboxing video (if available)

We will verify and assist with replacement or compensation.
